"Dan was recommended by a friend and it was the best recommendation we've gotten. We found a small farm but it had a early 1970s ranch that was cut-up and had some 'interesting' design decisions. Dan and his son helped us from the start with the planning and we ended up with a nearly complete remodel that shocks people who have been to our house before and after. We went from cut-up 70s floor plan to open concept dining and living room, made a 'maybe' 3 season porch into a fulltime office with a bank of windows overlooking the hills, a former poorly enclosed carport into a great room, and mudroom with an added pantry.
