Commercial
Construction Services
Our commercial services will meet your needs for most types of renovation projects. Some include tenant build-outs/office spaces, kitchens, snack bars, restrooms, gyms, and more.
We also handle exterior projects consisting of roof inspections, repairs, replacements, ADA compliant sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, and structural parking garage repairs to building new, small to moderate-sized structures.
We have years of experience working in secured government environments. As your Class A CBC General Contractors, we work hard to avoid change orders. We believe in obtaining redundancy pricing and work with with professional subcontractors from our vetted list that are qualified and can pass security checks.
We are familiar with and understand the administrative side and the documents required from Technical Proposals to those following the SOW. We will professionally oversee each construction phase and keep open, ongoing communication, reports, and meetings throughout and address any concerns.
In addition, we work hard to keep disruption to a minimum in the workplace during regular hours. We also offer evenings, nights, and weekend schedules when required.
